Coming from a business background, I discovered my passion for mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic, which inspired me to pursue an M.Sc. in Psychology. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and emotional well-being. Currently, I am furthering my expertise through an M. Counselling program at Monash University, where I am developing skills to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to counselling is deeply rooted in empathy, practicality, and a genuine desire to help people. By drawing on my diverse experiences to offer a perspective that combines analytical thinking with emotional understanding, I hope to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their personal growth.

In my spare time, I volunteer at Bethune House, a shelter supporting migrant domestic workers in crisis. There, I teach yoga sessions that encourage relaxation, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. This work has deepened my appreciation for holistic and culturally sensitive approaches to care.

As a counsellor-in-training, I strive to provide a collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their challenges and strengths.
