Counsellor in Training.

By day, Jenny has built an international career in the financial services sector, with global experience in wealth management, investment banking, and fintech. By night for nearly as long, she also has been an active volunteer and advocate for mental health charities in the UK and in Hong Kong.

Jenny has a special focus on professional burnout, life transitions, cultural and generational gaps in families, and relationship counselling. Jenny works with teens and adults.

Currently, Jenny is a counsellor in training. Lived experiences from being in situations listed above have driven Jenny’s passion to support people going through the same.

A devotee of the person-centred approach, Jenny firmly believes in a human being’s natural tendency towards growth and development when provided with the right environment filled with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. Her work with clients will also be informed by other counselling approaches, where she and the client together determine what would be beneficial.
