Born in Mainland China and having studied and worked almost 10 years in Hong Kong, I have learned to listen across cultural lines and honor every client’s unique narrative. My experience in banking industries has trained my ability to clarify your inner experiences and harness your strengths to practical steps aligned with your values.
I want to help people learn to cope with life’s challenges, and I believe that begins with a person’s mindset. If a person has the right mental tools, they will be more resilient in life. My therapeutic framework is mainly person-centered, while integrating evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and EFT.
I hold space for your raw, real self, no judgment, only unwavering support. Creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and validated is always my priority.
