Progressive, insightful, and deeply empathetic, Lindsey is guided by a profound respect for life’s complexities and believes that every story deserves to be understood in its unique context. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a strong sense of purpose to support those in need, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in counselling as a dedicated counsellor-in-training.

Having lived in mainland China, the U.S., and now Hong Kong for over a decade, Lindsey is attuned to working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, with professional working proficiency in Cantonese. Her natural ability to connect with people ensures that every client feels seen, heard, and valued.

Lindsey’s approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a deep curiosity about human thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Drawing inspiration from existential therapy, she adopts a humanistic and client-centred approach, collaborating with clients to uncover deeper meanings, navigate challenges, and cultivate growth and resilience. She creates a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their inner worlds.

Drawing on therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Lindsey is also undergoing training in the Gottman Method for couple therapy. She is a student member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and a pre-registered counsellor of The Greater Bay Psychology & Counselling Association (GBPCA).
